Due to Capella University's, their agents', attorneys', and employees' ongoing refusal to engage in ethical and legal behavior, as well as their bad-faith refusal to negotiate reasonable settlements, this site was created (May 30, 2008) to further document their actions.

For the past few years, our sister sites have reported on the vile and unethical conduct of Capella University, their top "administrators" (executive officers, "academic" officers, faculty, and other employees), and their attorneys (both in-house as well as from one of their numerous law-firms, especially Drinker Biddle & Reath). Those sites have always been, and will remain, parodies filled with sarcasm in order to provide readers with an entertaining experience while, at the same time, reporting on actual events, facts, opinions, and the plethora of unethical and even illegal actions that Capella University has regularly engaged in. Over those years, Capella and their supporters, including several of their "students" (who they insultingly refer to as "learners"), employees, and even personal friends of very high ranking Capella University officials, including personal friends of Michael Offerman (their president and now their "Executive Vice-Chancellor") have besieged the creator those sites with an endless flow of venom and hate mail; we will be posting many of those attacks on this web site so that visitors can read the type of materials that Capella University and their agents send to those that expose their abusive practices. Those attacks began before our first site, Capella University Sucks, had even been picked up by search engines, and continue to this day.

While Capella University would have the world believe they are a benevolent, honest institution of higher learning that exists only to support their customers, their ongoing behavior, which literally includes lying to law enforcement agencies and lying to courts under the penalty of perjury, reveals a dark and sinister "school" that exists for one reason only - to make money, and lots of it. Furthermore, they have no problem spending lots of money attempting to stifle and suppress the very valid complaints of those who oppose their evil practices. With that in mind, we will be providing readers with never-before-seen documents (including first-hand materials created by Capella University) and other materials, that will certainly shock those who are concerned with the downfall of academic integrity being sold to the American public under that banner of "Higher Education."
